A BIT MORE...

This small Australian evergreen tree does well in mild climates like California’s where temperatures stay about 27°F. Quite a fast grower, it will reach a maximum 35 feet tall and 15-30 feet wide. Long and narrow willow-like leaves have a peppermint scent when crushed. Small white flowers cover the tree in late spring. Give full sun to partial shade and little water. An excellent choice for lawn, specimen, or container use, it has a nice rounded head.
