Uses include rock gardens, containers, borders, and dry landscapes. Excellent as large accent plant, large-scale groundcover/screen, or low border. Best in well-drained, gritty, or sandy soil. Grow in full sun to partial shade (especially in hot inland climates); best flowering occurs in full sun. Deer and rabbit-resistant. Fire-resistant. Verticillium Wilt resistant.
